Ines de La Cuetara is an ABC News multiplatform reporter based in
Paris. She reports on “World News Tonight with David Muir,”
“Good Morning America,” “Nightline,” “ABC News Live Prime”
and “ABC News Live.”

De La Cuetara has reported on a range of foreign stories, including
the Israel-Hamas war, the war in Ukraine, Pope Francis and the death
of former Pope Benedict XVI, Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral, and many
natural disasters.

Before joining the foreign team, De La Cuetara spent over six years
covering U.S. politics for ABC News. She has reported from 43 states
as a campaign embed during the 2016 presidential campaign, covered the
2020 presidential campaign and former president Donald Trump’s
impeachments, and was on the ground during the Jan. 6 insurrection at
the U.S. Capitol.

De La Cuetara has received multiple Emmy® Award nominations.

De La Cuetara is a dual French and American citizen who speaks fluent
French and Spanish. She received her master’s degree from the
Columbia School of Journalism and her bachelor’s in political
science from McGill University.
